QUAD SPLITTER
Q: Why is there no video output?
A: Ensure the correct power supply has been used.
A: Has the slide switch on the side been correctly positioned for PAL or NTSC?
A: Ensure you do not mix PAL and NTSC video input sources.
Q: Can the PC output be used on any PC monitor?
A: No; the computer output is VGA only and some very hi-resolution LCD monitors do not take VGA signals.
Q: Why was it working fine then suddenly the picture became scrambled?
A: Perform a power reset.
TV TUNERS
Q: I have a very clear TV picture but why is the audio very distorted or not there at all?
A: Do you have the correct version for your country? The tuner is likely to be the wrong one for the TV standard.
NOTE: The OZD9130 is for countries that use the "PAL I" standard, used in the UK, Eire, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa etc.
The OZD9135 is for countries that use the "PAL G" or "PAL B/G" standards, used in Europe eg Germany, France etc and Australia and New Zealand.
Countries with TVs that take NTSC / SECAM signals will not work with either of these tuners.
