If you believe you have a faulty product we need to know the following information:
a) Part #
b) Serial #
c) Invoice number if purchased from Teletest and it is still under the 1 year warranty or
d) Copy of invoice if purchased from a dealer and it is still under the 1 year warranty
e) Your name
f) Your address
g) Your contact number or e-mail
If you can't find c) or d) please contact us anyway and we'll do our best to find the information.
Important: do not return a product to us without an authorisation number.
There is an inspection charge for the return of non faulty products, all products damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging and refused estimates.
All Teletest and D-View products come with a return to manufacturer 1 years parts and labour guarantee.
All Teletest branded products are designed and manufactured by Teletest.
When you talk with technical support you will be talking to one of the designers or engineers of the product you have bought.
This is why we can provide you with excellent after sales service and a fast turn around time for repairs, modifications or upgrades of all Teletest products.
Furthermore, by talking direct to our customers our engineers are able to come up with enhancements and ideas for new products.
Even if you bought a Teletest product from a dealer you are welcome to approach us direct with any query you may have.
